Stage 1: Discovery

This is where it all begins. We work closely with you to understand your vision. This phase includes initial sales conversations, detailed quoting, and creating visual mockups to ensure we’re on the right track.

Stage 2: Order Processing

Once you’re ready to move forward, our Order Processing team at orders@idproductsource.com processes your order and confirms all details. The order is then dispatched to a dedicated Client Support representative who will be your point of contact for the remaining stages.

Stage 3: Virtual Proof / Final Processing

The next steps vary based on your order. For Custom Orders: We will request a virtual proof for your approval before proceeding to stages 4-7. For Stock Orders: We will proceed directly to Stage 7 (Shipping) once payment is received (if you are not on payment terms).

Stage 4: Approve, Reject, or Correct

You review the virtual proof. This is a critical checkpoint. You have the opportunity to approve it, request corrections, or reject it if it’s not quite right. We won’t proceed until you are 100% satisfied.

Stage 5: Green Light for Production

With your final approval on the proof, the order is officially released to our production team. All necessary files, materials, and instructions are dispatched to begin creation.

Stage 6: In Production

This is where the magic happens! Your order is actively being manufactured, printed, or assembled by our skilled team. We perform quality checks throughout this process to maintain our high standards.

Stage 7: Order Ships
